Infant John Ryan Parker 8 months old of Harnett County, the son of Madison Parker and Monique Horton passed away Wednesday at UNC Memorial Hospital. J.R. was graciously born to be a hero and was taken so peacefully to save many lives. He will continue to live on through others.

Funeral Service will be conducted 4:00, Sunday, March 9, 2014 at Holly Springs Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Parsons and Bishop Stephen Athens officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 2:00-4:00, at Holly Springs Baptist Church and other times at the home of Johnny Parker and the home of Brandon Horton.

In addition to his parents John Ryan is also survived by his grandparents, Brandon and Jamie Horton also Johnny and Donna Parker. Uncles, Mason Parker and Bubba Horton, Aunts, Maggie Parker, Audrey and Brooke Horton. Great-Grandparents A.J. and Sharon Mason, Dennis and Jackie Wilcox, Randy Horton, Rudy and Hope Contreras, Tim and Tammy Phares.
