Joe Richard Harris' Obituary
Funeral service will be conducted at 2:00 PM Thursday, June 30, 2016 at O'Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ed Rogers officiating. Burial with military honors will follow in Westview Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Wednesday evening from 6:00-8:00 PM.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Amedisys Hospice, 220 New Fidelity Court
