Joann Hobson Partin, 77, of Lillington passed away Wednesday May 11, 2022, at her residence surrounded by her loving family.

She was born March 8, 1945, in Harnett County, NC to the late Lou Annie Gregory Hobson and Harvey James Hobson. Joann was preceded in death by her daughter, Gloria Rose Alexander; her brother, Harvey Hobson; her sisters, Dora Mason, Josephine Norris, Ethel Preston, Shirley Holder, Faye Trull, Annie Patterson, and Lena Hobson.

Joann is survived by her daughter, Jenny Nedrow and husband, Charles; her son, Harvey Blanchard; her grandchildren, Emily Worden, Joseph Nedrow, Matthew Alexander, Jay Blanchard, Natalie Blanchard; her great-granddaughter, Laci Worden; and her sisters, Willa Dowd, Minnie Williams, and Rosie Covington.

The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:30PM on Sunday May 15, 2022, at O'Quinn Peebles Phillips Funeral Home, 1310 S. Main St. in Lillington. A graveside service will follow the visitation at 3PM at Harnett Memorial Park with Pastor Daniel Selman officiating.
