Jim Kelley, 66 of Lillington passed away on Monday, October 17, 2016 at his home.

Jim was born September 24, 1950 in Decatur, AL to the late Newman and Annie Kelley.

Jim was in the US Marine Corp. He loved to ride his four-wheelers and go fishing. He enjoyed being around people, the bigger the crowd the better. He always wanted everyone to have fun.

Jim is survived by his wife of 25 years, Robin Kelley of Lillington; 3 sons, Brian McKinney of Lillington, Robert McKinney of Lillington; and James Kelley of CA; a brother, L.J. Kelley of SC; 2 grandchildren, Cody and Cole Kelley.

The family will receive friends Friday from 1:00-3:00 P.M. at O'Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Funeral Home. Military Honors will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. at the flag pole at the funeral home.
