George Dickens, 86 of Lillington, died Saturday, October 17, 2009 at his home. A native of Harnett County, he was the son of the late Rufus and Vonie Thomas Dickens. He retired from Sanford Furniture after 25 years of service.

Funeral service will be conducted 3:00 pm Monday, October 19, 2009 at Antioch Baptist Church with Rev. Martin Groover and Rev. Jerry Parsons officiating. Burial will be in the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Sunday 6:00â€
