Mr. Garner "Junior" Clark, Jr., 68, of Bunnlevel passed away Monday, February 22, 2016 at his home. He was born in Harnett County, the son of the late Garner Shaw Clark, Sr. and Collie Ashley Clark. Junior was also preceded in death by his wife, Karen Tedder Clark and brother, Freddie Clark, Sr. He was an avid NASCAR fan and a dirt track racer for over 30 years. During his racing career, Junior won 3 Pure Stock Championships and was inducted in the Fayetteville Motorsports Hall of Fame.

A funeral service will be held 2:00 PM Friday, February 26, 2016 at O'Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Chapel in Lillington with Rev. Gary Ashley officiating. Burial will follow in Westview Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 12:30-2:00 PM.

Junior is survived by 2 sons, Mark Clark and wife, Michele of Montgomery, AL and Jodie Clark of Bunnlevel; 2 grandchildren, Jared and Kristen, great-grandson, Zayden; sister, Anne Davis Johnson of Bunnlevel.
