Obituary

Mrs. Estelle Taylor Bradley, 87 of Lillington died Saturday, November 17, 2012 at Hospice of Wake County in Raleigh. She was a native of Harnett County, the daughter of the late Russell Stamey and Lola Campbell Taylor. Mrs. Bradley was preceded in death by her husband, Wilson J. "Billy" Bradley and a sister, Elizabeth T. Currin. For 25 years, Mrs. Bradley was the legal secretary to W.A. Johnson, attorney at the firm of Johnson and Johnson, PA. Prior to working with Mr. Johnson, she was assistant to Mr. John Spears, President of Bank of Lillington. She was a member of the Lillington United Methodist Church and served multiple terms on the Administrative Board as their Recording Secretary.

Memorial service will be conducted 11:00 am Tuesday, November 20, 2012 at the Lillington United Methodist Church with Rev. Dr. Elton Hendricks and Rev. Jimmie Tatum officiating.

The family will receive friends Monday 6:00-8:00 pm at O'Quinn-Peebles Funeral Home, other times at the home of her daughter Donna Lee, 207 Masonic Road, Erwin, NC.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the Lillington United Methodist Church, PO Box 506, Lillington NC 27546 or to Hospice of Wake and Harnett County, 250 Hospice Circle, Raleigh, NC 27607.

Mrs. Bradley is survived by her daughter, Donna Lee and husband Jimmy of Erwin. Sons, Phil Bradley and wife Laura of Sanford; Russ Bradley and wife Kay of Fuquay-Varina. Brother, R.S. Taylor of Lillington. Sister, Margaret T. Bradley of Raleigh. 6 Grandchildren: Julia Bradley, Joshua Lee, Joffree Bradley, Jonathan Bradley, Jordan Lasater, and Jena Bradley. 2 Great grandchildren: Wilson Joffree Bradley and Declan James Bradley
