Mr. Erick Buckley, 39, of Cleveland, Ohio, formerly of Broadway, passed away January 26, 2016 in Ohio. He was born in Oklahoma City, OK, the son of the late Edward Allen Buckley and Gloria Faye Brown. Erick was known as a practical joker who was loved by everyone who knew him.

A memorial service will be held at 4:00 PM Saturday, February 6, 2016 at the home of Ben and Brenda Flow, 1184 Swan Station Rd, Sanford, NC 27330.

Erick is survived by his mother, Gloria Brown of Morganton; son, Erick Amadus of Ohio; daughter, Chelsea Smith of Sanford; brother, Hillard Ward of Morganton; 3 sisters, Valerie McIntire of Morganton, Carla Buckley Watts of Asheville, Veronica Buckley of Ohio; 2 half– brothers, Ed Buckley of Ohio and Jason Doyon of California; special friend, Trisha Harris of Ohio and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to O'Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Funeral Home & Crematory, PO Box 266, Lillington, NC 27546 to assist with the funeral expenses.
