Mr. Elton Arnold, age 90, of Lillington died Wednesday, November 11, 2009 at Betsy Johnson Regional Hospital in Dunn. He was born in Harnett County, the son of the late Fred and Ala Baucom Arnold. He was a US Army veteran of WWII. Mr. Arnold was a farmer and a crop insurance adjustor for many years. He was an Elder and choir member at Lillington Presbyterian Church. Mr. Arnold was preceded in death by his wife, Dorothy Spence Arnold, brothers, Relue, Percy, Mavert, Brody, Bicket, and Arlie, sister, Buna Cameron.

Funeral service will be conducted 2PM Saturday, November 14,2009 at Lillington Presbyterian Church with Rev. Dr. Bill Goodnight officiating. Burial will follow in Flat Branch Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Bunnlevel. Visitation will be at Lillington Presbyterian Church Saturday from 1:00-2:00 PM

Mr. Arnold is survived by his son,Whitson Arnold of Boone.
