Mrs. Eloise Stewart Harrington, 95, of Lillington passed away Saturday, June 20, 2015. She was born in Harnett County, the daughter of the late John David and Sally Brown Stewart. Mrs. Harrington was preceded in death by her husband, John Lacy Harrington, Jr. and also four brothers and a sister. She retired from Harnett County School food services. Mrs. Harrington was an active member at Lillington Presbyterian Church where she received the Women of the Church Lifetime Membership and was honored as Elder Emeritus.

Funeral service will be 10:00 AM Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at Lillington Presbyterian Church with Rev. Dr. Bill Goodnight officiating. Burial will follow in Westview Cemetery. The family will receive friends at O'Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Funeral Home Tuesday evening from 6:00-8:00 PM.

Mrs. Harrington is survived by daughter, Janice Ashworth of Lillington, son, John Stewart Harrington and wife Setsuko of Dunn, son, David Harrington and wife Diane of Salisbury, 5 grandchildren, Janice Grimes and husband Kenny, Ginger Naylor and husband Earl, Susan Ashworth, Melanie Harrington and John Harrington and wife Melissa, 5 great-grandchildren, Cashie Naylor, Jase Naylor, Anna Harrington, Ava Harrington and Heather Grimes.
