A graveside service will be conducted Monday, October 5, 2009 at 11:00 a.m. at Nelson Baptist Church Cemetery in Nelson, Virginia. The service will be led by the Rev. James McAllister. The public is invited to pay their respects Sunday, October 4 from 12:00-1:00 p.m. at O'Quinn-Peebles Funeral Home.

Survivors include two stepsons, Tim Johnson of Kipling and Sam Johnson of Greenville, NC; and many nieces and nephews.
