Elizabeth Rogers Hallman, 90 of Broadway passed away Tuesday, April 21, 2015 at her daughters home.

Elizabeth was born October 24, 1924 in Lee County to the late Paschal and Lillian Thomas Rogers. She was preceded in death by her husband, Sam Hallman; a son, Sammy Hallman.

Elizabeth was a member of Juniper Springs Baptist Church. She loved gardening and spending time with family.

A funeral service will be 2:00 P.M. Friday, April 24, 2015 at Cool Spring United Methodist Church with Rev. Raymond Atkins officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 P.M. Thursday at O'Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Funeral Home and other times at the home of Dianne and Gregg Dodson.

Elizabeth is survived by 4 children, Patricia Baker and husband Mike of Broadway, Kay Davis and husband Robert of Lillington, Steve Hallman and Rhonda Johnson of Broadway and Dianne Dodson and husband Gregg of Sanford; 12 grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Liberty Home Care and Hospice, 105 Hunt Valley Drive, Dunn NC 28334.
