Elizabeth Thomson Davis, age 100 of Lillington, after a lengthy illness, was accepted into the arms of Jesus on Wednesday, August 29, 2012. She was part-owner of Thomson-Davis Insurance Agency and Realty, and a member of the N.C. Association of Realtors. She is preceded in death by her husband, James F. Davis. Mrs. Davis is survived by her daughter; Cramer Johnson and son-in-law Hill Johnson of Houston, TX. Son; Collett Davis and daughter-in-law Alice Davis of Lillington. One grandson, Eric Johnson of Sherman, TX.

Funeral service will be conducted 11:00 am Wednesday, Sept. 5, 2012 at the Lillington United Methodist Church with Rev. Dr. Elton Hendricks officiating. Burial will be in Cross Creek Cemetery, Fayetteville. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 8:00 pm Tuesday at O'Quinn-Peebles Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Lillington United Methodist Church, PO Box 506, Lillington, NC 27546.
