Dwayne Eric Holder, 54 of Lillington passed away Monday, October 6, 2014 at his home.

Dwayne was born July 23, 1960 in Lee Co. to the late Leonard and Bertha Holder. He was preceded in death by 3 brothers, Victor, Earl and Larry Holder.

Dwayne was a member of Barbecue Presbyterian Church. He was a shipper/receiver at COTY, where he worked for 21 years. Dwayne was a huge NASCAR and UNC fan. He loved collecting diecast NASCAR cars. He enjoyed working outside and fishing.

Dwayne is survived by his wife of 22 years, Angela Thomas Holder of the home; a son, Eric Holder of the home; 3 sisters, Faye Morris of Lillington, Belinda Buchanan and husband Tommy of Sanford and Pam Stewart of Broadway; 2 brothers, Gerald Holder and wife Harriett of Lillington and Alfred Holder of Sanford; several nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.

The family will receive friends from 11:00-1:00 P.M. Thursday, October 9, 2014 at Barbecue Presbyterian Church fellowship hall, and other times at the home.
