Donnie Thomas McDonald, 58 of Bunnlevel, died at his home Wednesday, August 18, 2010. Donnie was born in Harnett County, the son of the late Wyatt and Agnes McDonald. He was an US Army veteran of Vietnam. Donnie lived life to the fullest and will be sorely missed.

A private service will be held at a later date.

He is survived by his wife, Mary Darlene McDonald of the home, daughters, Amy McDonald of Louisiana, Misty McDonald of Texas, Amber Carr of NC, Robyn McDonald of NC, step-sons, Christopher Shaffer of NC, Dennis L. Reed, Jr. of NC, step-daughters, Denise Reed of NC, Patsy Reed of Kansas, several grandchildren, step-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, sisters, Joyce Annis of Lillington, Martha Coleman of Coats, Teresa Smith of Lillington.
