Mr. Dimas E. Escandon, 23, of Lillington, passed away on Friday, February 19, 2021.

Funeral services for Dimas will be held on Thursday, February 25, 2021, at 11 am at St. Bernadette's Catholic Church in Fuquay-Varina, with Father Fernando presiding.  The burial will follow at Harnett Memorial Park in Lillington.

He is survived by his father, Pedro Escandon Ramos; his mother, Melinda Dale Tanner; brothers, Emanuel Pedro Escandon, Zachary Isai Escandon; sister, Lexxy Lucia Escandon.

He is predeceased by his grandfather Evaristo Escandon Hernandez; and cousin Bianca Guadalupe Marin.

Dimas was a natural athlete that loved playing baseball, but above all else, he loved his family.

The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.
In accordance with current North Carolina COVID-19 guidelines, the funeral home requests that everyone in attendance practice social distancing and wear a face covering.
