Mrs. Diane West Moore, 61, of Lillington passed away Tuesday, October 18, 2016 at Harnett Woods in Dunn. She was born in Harnett County, the daughter of the late Charles Clifton and Tynie Naylor West. Diane was preceded in death by her husband, Carl Jonathan Moore, Sr. of Salisbury. She worked as a Clerk in the NC Vital Records office in Raleigh for 18 years.

Diane is survived by son, Carl Jonathan Moore, Jr. and wife Toy of Bunnlevel; daughters, Tracey Joe'l Hernandez and husband Rene of Erwin, Sarah Elizabeth Moore of Pembroke and Kristie Michelle Moore of Lillington; 4 granddaughters, Mikayla Li Moore, Carlee Steele Moore, Viviana Rene Hernandez and Bonnie Ella Hernandez; brother, Ronald West and wife Linda of Lillington; sisters, Connie Stack and husband Alan of Lillington and Charlene Sharp of Lillington; many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held 12:00 PM Saturday, October 22, 2016 at O'Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Chapel with Rev. James Taylor officiating. Burial will follow in Harnett Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM.
