Denis Elodian Bergeron, 65, of Bunnlevel, passed away on Sunday, March 14, 2021.  He was born in Canada, the son of Gerard and Rita Guertin Bergeron.  Denis was preceded in death by his father and his stepdaughter, Anastasia. Denis loved working with automobiles and did all of his life.  He was a racecar driver and an avid fan of auto racing.  He loved being outdoors and landscaping his yard.  He loved to travel and spend time with his friends.  Denis had a great spirit and was very humorous.
Denis is survived by his mother, Rita; his wife, Inessa; his son, Nickolas and daughter, Catelyn.

A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on Sunday, March 21, 2021 at O'Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Funeral Home and Crematory Chapel in Lillington with Rev. Daniel Selman officiating.

In accordance with current North Carolina COVID-19 guidelines, the funeral home requests that everyone in attendance practice social distancing and wear a face covering.
