Debra Marie Parker, 62, of Harnett County, passed away, Thursday, March 2, 2023 at Lower Cape Fear Lifecare Hospice in Wilmington, NC.

Debra was born June 1, 1960 in Nashville, TN to the late Robert and Peggy Boston Parker.  She was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.  Debra enjoyed time at the beach with her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Luther Mitchell Whitehead.

Debra is survived by her sons, Adam Lee Whitehead (Lisa), Robert Mitchell Whitehead (Leslie), and Nicholas Jackson; sister, Darlene Parker Wester (Jeff); brother, Robert Oliver "Bud" Parker, Jr. (Claudia); grandchildren, Seth Whitehead, Krista Whitehead, Alexi Whitehead, Ashton Jackson, BJ Jackson; and many nieces and nephews.

A private family memorial service will be held.
