Mr. David K. Everette, 59, of Lillington died Saturday, August 18, 2012 at Rex Hospital in Raleigh. David was born December 20, 1952 in Harnett County, the son of the late Daniel Everette and Jennie Everette. He was a long time employee of the Ford Motor Company and most recently employed by Don Jenkins Carolina Ford. David loved being in the outdoors and fishing on the Cape Fear River throughout his life. He will be greatly missed by his loving family and friends.

Graveside service will be 11:00 AM Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at Harnett Memorial Park in Lillington. The family will receive friends at O'Quinn-Peebles Funeral Home Monday from 6:00-8:00 PM and other times at the home of Teresa and Nathan Norris.

He is survived by his mother, Jennie Everette of Lillington; sons, Travis Everette and wife Sandy of Angier, Shannon Everette and wife Misty of Lillington; brother, Mark Everette and wife Pat of Lillington; sisters, Teresa Norris and husband Nathan of Lillington, Cathy Bertrand and Sid of Hope Mills, Michelle Allain and husband Chris of Hope Mills. Former wife, Patty Everette of Angier; grandchildren, Calen, Trevor, Seth, Anson and Jenna; longtime girlfriend, Sandra Gullie of Raleigh.
