Clara Wade Zachary, 81 of Lillington died Tuesday, July 28, 2015 at home.

Clara was born December 21, 1933 in Harnett Co. to late William Herbert and Mary Bell O'Quinn Wade. She was preceded in death by her husband Otis Zachary; 4 brothers, 4 sisters.

She was raised in Methodist Home for Children in Raleigh.

Funeral services will be held 2:00 P.M. Friday, July 31, 2015 at Spring Hill United Methodist Church with Dr. Jerome Smith officiating. Burial will follow in Lee Memory Gardens, Sanford. The family will receive friends from 1:00-2:00 P.M. Friday at the church, and other times at the home.

Clara is survived by a sister, Margaret Wade Faull and husband Walter "Spike" of Lillington; a brother, Eirk E. Wade of Sanford.

In Lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Methodist Home for Children, 1041 Washington Street, Raleigh NC 27605.
