Passed away on June 7th, 2019
Friends and family regretfully announce the passing of Chelsea "Boo" Nicole Smith on June 7th, 2019. Chelsea is preceded in death by her beloved Papa - Dr. Grover A. Smith, Jr. Together they find comfort in each other and in their Heavenly Father.
A graveside service will be conducted at 1:00 PM Saturday, June 15, 2019 at Harnett Memorial Park in Lillington.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Chelsea's name to Lower Cape Fear Hospice, 1414 Physician's Dr., Wilmington, NC 28401.
