Charles Junior Temple, 73 of Fuquay-Varina passed away Monday, March 14, 2016 at Transitions Hospice in Raleigh.

Charles was born in Harnett County on February, 11 1943 to the late Mary Gilbert Temple and Clarence Temple. Charles was preceded in death by his brothers, Wayne Temple and Haywood Temple, and his sister, Doris Temple Dean.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Dorothy Dean Temple, and sons Terry Temple (Sandra), Curtis Temple (Christy) and Martin Temple, as well as his brothers, Sam Temple and Ronnie Temple, and his sister, Patsy Temple Dean. Charles also leaves behind numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

Funeral services will be held 11:00 A.M. Thursday, March 17, 2016 at Christain Light Christain Church in Fuquay Varina with Rev. Jimmy Elliott officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
