Mrs. Carol Elaine Maschauer, 76, of Lillington, passed away on Friday, August 30, 2019.

Carol was a great fisherman and cook who especially loved Chesapeake blue crabs.  Above all else, she was a loving wife, mother, and grandmother.

The family will have a private celebration at a later date.

Carol is survived by her husband of 47 years, Clair "Butch" Maschauer; daughter, Cheryl Owens; one grandson, Robert Dowgiallo; and a brother, Ed Farrar.
