Beulah Jacqueline "Jackie" Stone, 78 of Lillington died Sunday, July 17, 2011. A native of Harnett County, she was the daughter of the late Christine Cox and Mack Chalmers Brown. Mrs. Stone was preceded in death by her husband Lewis Alger Stone, Sr. and a step daughter, Shirley Louise Redwine; a brother, Angus Brown and a sister Nadine Griffin. She was employed with Singer Furniture Manufacturing for over 34 years, retiring from Morganite, Inc. of Dunn.

Funeral service will be conducted 11:00 am Friday, July 22, 2011 at Overhills Baptist Church with Rev. Roy McLamb. Burial will be in Harnett Memorial Park.

The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 pm Thursday at O'Quinn-Peebles Funeral Home, other times at the home of Ricky and Wanda Stone.

Survivors include daughters: Connie Colville and husband J.D. of Lillington; Wanda Stone and husband Ricky of Lillington. Sons, Len Beaston and wife Shelia of Lillington; Cliff Beaston and wife Joy of Benson; Al Beaston and wife Carol of Dunn. Step daughters, Donna Kaye Denton and husband Johnny of Lillington; Leonna Zetner and husband Ted of Jacksonville, Fla. Step sons, Lewis A. Stone, Jr. and wife Stacey of Lillington. Sisters, Ruby Nordan of Lillington; Mamie Jo Darroch of Anderson Creek. Brothers, Mack Brown and Robin Brown of Mamers. Dale Brown of Lillington. 12 Grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren
