Ms. Betty Yvonne Tysor, 77, of Lillington, passed away Thursday, September 24, 2020.

Yvonne was born January 5, 1943, in Harnett County to the late Dan Hugh and Mamie McPhail Faircloth.  She was a graduate of Boone Trail High School in Mamers.  She worked hard her whole life; she loved the outdoors and especially the beach.

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 29, 2020, at 2 pm at Spring Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery with Rev. Jerry Parsons presiding.  The family will receive friends following the service at the cemetery.

Yvonne was preceded in death by her husband, L.G. Tysor; a sister, Judy Mae Faircloth; and brothers, Wayne Faircloth and Earl Faircloth.

She is survived by two daughters, Rhonda Dean and Regina Dean; two grandchildren, Hayden Thibodeaux and Rachel McArtan; and one great-grandchild, Braxton Carroll.

In accordance with current North Carolina COVID-19 guidelines, the funeral home requests that everyone in attendance practice social distancing and wear a face covering.
