Mrs. Betty Glasby Reich, of Midlothian, Virginia, passed away peacefully on October 16, 2020.  Betty was born on November 2, 1937, in Lillington, North Carolina.  She graduated from the Women's College in Greensboro, North Carolina, with a degree in history in 1960.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Thomas H. Glasby and Frances O'Quinn Glasby; her daughter, Susan Reich Lilly.

Betty is survived by her husband of 59 years, Donald G. Reich of Midlothian; daughter, Alesia Reich McMillion (Damon); sister, Sue Glasby of Lillington; son-in-law, Ned Lilly of Norfolk; and three granddaughters, Elizabeth Lilly, Elanor Lilly, and Claira McMillion.

A Celebration of Life will be held Monday, November 2, 2020, at 11 o'clock a.m. at the Brandermill Church in Midlothian.  The burial will take place at a later date at Harnett Memorial Park in Lillington.

Arrangements in Virginia are being handled by Bennett Funeral Home in Chesterfield, Virginia.
