Betty Tart Colville, age 68, of Sanford died at home Tuesday, July 31, 2012. She is the daughter of the late Garland and Mattie Norris Tart. She is preceded in death by a son Charles Tyndall, her brothers Isaac and Carlie Tart, and a sister Margie Tart.

Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Friday, August 3, 2012 at O'Quinn-Peebles Chapel with Rev. Robbie O'Quinn officiating. Burial will follow in Harnett Memorial Park. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Thursday, Aug. 2, 2012 from 7:00-9:00 PM.

She is survived by her husband, Husband, Ervin Christian of Mamers; son, Thomas Lynn Colville Jr. of Angier; daughter, Marlene Colville Speagle of Sanford; sister, Frances Stephenson of Erwin; grandchildren, Denise Huffman, Betty Ann Tyndall, Charles Ray Tyndall Jr., Joey Dwayne Speagle, Samantha Lawrence, Crystal Lynn Tyndall,6 great- grandchildren.Funeral service will be 11:00 AM Friday, August 3, 2012 at Oâ
