Mr. Ben S. Rucker, III, 71, of Bunnlevel passed away Tuesday, February 14, 2017. He was born in Augusta, GA, the son of Ben Rucker, Jr. and the late Josephine Clark Montoya. Ben was also preceded in death by his step mother, Jeannette Rucker. He was a US Army veteran and was a retired construction worker. Ben enjoyed riding motorcycles and loved his dogs. He was an avid outdoors man who enjoyed cutting trails for his four-wheeler.

Ben is survived by his wife of 34 years, Pamela Rucker of the home; sons, Shane Thomas and wife, Neva of Bunnlevel, Benjie Rucker of North Augusta, SC; 8 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; sister, Ginger Herndon and husband, Chris of Denver, CO and brother, Bill Rucker and wife, Sue of Oak Park, FL.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 AM Tuesday, February 21, 2017 at Harnett Memorial Park in Lillington.
