Ms. Barbara Ann Collins, 51, of St. Augustine, Florida, passed away unexpectedly on August 15, 2018.

Barbara was born in Lee County on July 19, 1967 to Rosa Cummings Dean and the late Charles L. Collins.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 25, 2018 at 11 am at O'Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel. The family will receive friends following the service at the funeral home.

Barbara is survived by her longtime love, Brian Hammer of Florida; children, Tonya "Niki" Ballard of Sanford, Stefani Ellis of Ohio and Tracy Isaiah Collins of Florida; her mother, Rosa Dean and husband James of Lillington; sister, Debra Roberts of New Bern; brother, Tracy Collins of Lillington; grandchild, Eliana Helton; and four nieces, Ashley Bozarth and Stormi Collins, both of Lillington, Charity Huffman and Natalie Quinn, both of New Bern; and one nephew, Darryl Roberts of New Bern.
