Mrs. Annie Suggs Moore, age 76, of Lillington died Monday, September 19, 2011 at her home. She was born in Osyka, Mississippi, the daughter of the late Henry Burch and Sally J. Young. Mrs. Moore was a US Navy veteran. She enjoyed dancing and listening to Bluegrass music. Mrs. Moore was a devoted mother who loved her family. She was preceded in death by her husbands, Swanson Suggs, Vance Mangum, Charles Moore, son Cliff Suggs and brother-in-law Tim Martin.

Funeral service will be 3:00 PM Thursday, September 22, 2011 at Spring Hill United Methodist Church in Lillington with Rev. Terry Williams officiating. Burial will be in Harnett Memorial Park in Lillington with military honors. The family will receive friends at O'Quinn-Peebles Wednesday, September 21, 2011 from 6:00-8:00 PM.

She is survived by son, Billy Suggs and wife Kay of Duncan, daughter, Frances J. Mabry and husband Chris of Angier, daughter, Cindy Suggs of Fayetteville, son, Joey Suggs of Sanford, daughter, Donna S. Cameron and husband Steve of Mamers, seven grandchildren, four step-grandchildren, ten great-grandchildren, great-great granddaughter, brother, David Burch and wife Diane of Mississippi, sister, Joyce Martin of Louisiana and brother, Johnny Burch and wife Donna of Mississippi.
