Alayna Nell Currin, infant daughter of Eric Currin and Cindy Matthews passed away Saturday, October 5, 2013 at Moore Regional Hospital in Pinehurst. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandmother, Lucille Barefoot Matthews.

A graveside service will be conducted 4:00 pm Thursday, October 10, 2013 at Summerville Presbyterian Church Cemetery with Rev. James Taylor officiating. The family will receive friends at Alayna's parents home.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her big sister, Abigayle. Maternal grandfather, Billy Ray Matthews of Lillington. Paternal grandparents, Nelson and Debbie Currin of Lillington. Paternal great grandmother, Faye Jernigan. Aunt, Catherine C. Burgess and husband Eddie. Uncles: Tony Matthews, Bodie Currin and wife Allison; Brandon Currin and wife Marti.
