Robert Eugene Kidwell “Bobby”, 77 died Wednesday April 17, 2019 in Fayetteville North Carolina.
He leaves behind two daughters; Karen Marie Nobles (John), Cheryl Lynn Griffis (DeWayne); two sons, Jason Scott Kidwell (Shayla), Robert E. Kidwell Jr. and step children; Josh King (Pam) and David King (Tera); twelve grandchildren; Frank Whibley III, Erin Austin (Mark), Carleigh Snodgrass (Harris), Caitlyn Lotz (Austin), Amanda Nobles, John Nobles Jr, Zach Nobles, Matthew Griffis and Reese Kidwell; three great grand children; Ethan, Becca and Garner; and brother and sister Bill & Muriel Kidwell. Along with many nieces, nephews and dear friends.
He was proceeded in death by his daughter Rebecca Ann Whibley (Frank) and sister Nancy DeWeese.
Bobby was born and raised in Arlington Virginia, the son of William & Beatrice Kidwell.
Bobby had an extensive auto body career, where he worked alongside his dad, brother and other family members and made countless of friends. His career spanned over 50 years due to his passion for cars.
Bobby enjoyed dancing and bowling with his friends and wife in his younger years.
He also enjoyed listening to music, watching and attending nascar races as well as cheering on the Washington Redskins. All in all he loved just being with his family and friends.
Bobby’s smile and humor never failed to light up the room, he never once met a stranger!
He will be remembered by his genuine and kind soul, sincere disposition and just an all around good man.

Bobby will be laid to rest in the place he liked to be the most, Lake Waccamaw, North Carolina.
