Donna J. Horner

Mrs. Donna Joyce Horner, 68, of Lillington, passed away on Sunday, May 26, 2019.

Donna was born August 24, 1950 in Johnstown, PA to the late Orville and Julia Fisher.  She graduated from Franklin High School in 1968, and she married Paul Horner on July 24, 1970.  Donna and her family moved to North Carolina in 1985 and worked for both Pinkerton & Allegiance security companies.  She retired in 2012.  She loved animals, especially cats.  Above all, she loved her family.

A funeral service will be held on Thursday, May 30, 2019 at 11 am in Q’Quinn-Peebles-Phillips Funeral Home Chapel.  The burial will follow at Harnett Memorial Park.       

She is survived by her husband, Paul Horner, Sr. of the home; son, Paul Horner, Jr. and fiancée, Jennifer, both of Angier; daughter, Lori Harris and husband, Craven, of Lillington; five grandchildren, Nicole, Lemaric, Caleb, Jazzmine and Joshua; and two great-grandchildren, Landyn and Aubri.  

The family will receive friends Wednesday evening from 6 to 8 pm at the funeral home.
